Alt Tab Not Working in Microsoft Office

I recently switched to Windows 10 and alt tab is not working when any of cheap Office 2010 program is open. All from the other individuals or apps within my PC works fine when doing alt tab, but it doesn't in MS Office. For instance, I'm focusing on MS Excel, when I use alt tab to repeat something let say on another Excel file, I have to hit tab twice. Irrrve never do that when I was using Windows 8.

I should have the ability to switch between 2 recent programs that I'm using when pressing alt tab, now I must do it twice? Is this a known issue with Windows 10? Or perhaps is Sthere a setting which i have to tweak? Thank you so much

There is one other issue in this question - switch from Office 2010 application window (Word, Excel) to another application window (not just Office) by pressing Alt +Tab in Windows 10 not working correctly. For switch I have to press Alt+Tab than Tab again (Alt+Tab twice).
