Export to PDF doesnt work under Or windows 7 SP3

I possess a serious problem. I install SP3 on buy office 2013 professional plus and when I try to export to PDF (Crystal Report 8.5) this error occured: Failed to export the report. When uninstall the SP3 the export works good. Exactly what does mean? Any suggestion?

I was having the same problem here: using Crystal Reports 8.0 and PDF Exporting functionality added from Crystal Reports 8.5 files, exporting to PDF stopped working whenever we installed Or windows 7 SP3. It never done Windows Vista as well.

Much like Voloda10 (the individual in the last post), after i installed Crystal Reports 8.5 SP3 on the development machine with cheap windows 10 pro the issue was solved, however when I tried to set up manually the DLLs from CR 8.5 SP3, the problem wasn't solved. The files I picked were those related to the problem:But after some testing I finally concluded that the file that solved the problem was the primary API dll, 'crpe32.dll'!! I use the Automation Server, that utilizes the 'crpe32.dll' file, so in my case that one reduced the problem.
